Customizes each massage session to the specific needs of each client, incorporating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Active Isolated Stretching, and a variety of other techniques. Graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC. She is nationally certified and licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Specializes in Swedish and pre/post-event sports massage. 1998 graduate of the Potomac Massage Training Institute with advanced coursework in sports massage. Member, American Massage Therapy Associate (AMTA) and active member in AMTA’s Massage Emergency Response Team.

Heated Stone Massage
This innovative treatment combines an element of nature with the art of massage. Smooth heated stones are used to deeply penetrate muscle tension, creating the perfect harmony of warmth and soothing massage.
Relaxing benefits for both moms-to be and baby. This massage soothes the nervous system and relieves aching muscle. It also aides in reducing swelling in the legs, leg cramps, fatigue and insomnia.
Sinus Relief Massage
Relieve your allergy symptoms. Pressure points are massaged on the feet while your face is wrapped in a warm towel infused with aromatherapy. Followed with a massage of specific pressure points on the face to relieve sinus blockages and headache.
Lymphatic Massage consists ofgentle pressured and pumpingmovements towards the directionof the lymph nodes throughoutthe body. By stimulating the lymphnodes through massage, it helps toclear any blockages and gives thelymphatic system a boost keeping itrunning healthy and strong.
Chakra Energy Balancing
A light-touch and/or hands-off treatment that provides bio-energetic support to open physiologic, subconscious holding patterns. If request, practitioner feedback often increase client awareness and a conscious release of these patterns.

- Payment is due prior to your appointment and can be paid through the Membership Office or via telephone at 301.348.3800. Payment is also accepted at the Reception Desk in the event the Membership Office is closed. Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted.
- Upon receiving payment, staff will provide client with a tracking slip. Please present this slip to your massage therapist prior to your appointment.
- Massage & Spa Services are scheduled with 15 minutes between appointments. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment so you are ready at the scheduled time. Please wait in your genderappropriate locker room outside the massage room you have been assigned.
- Please shower prior to your treatment.
- We require 24-hours notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled without 24-hours notice will be charged in full without a refund.
