GROUP EXERCISE
Free, ongoing group exercise classes, offered daily in the group exercise studio, provide members with the newest trends in group fitness led by certified instructors. Classes include Pilates, Yoga, kickboxing, Zumba, core/balance strength and more.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Get fit one-on-one with a certified personal trainer. Trainers can help you strengthen skills, increase stamina, lose weight and meet many other goals.

►Tai Chi
Reduce stress and improve balance and agility. Taught by certified instructor, Jeffrey Robbins, this class employs the ancient art of Tai Chi using gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of a busy lifestyle and improve health. Tai Chi is often described as “meditation in motion,” because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body.

►Teen Weight Training
12-18 years. This tutorial is designed to teach weight room etiquette, proper stretching, cardiovascular equipment orientation and proper techniques of circuit training, combining weight machines and free weights. The goal is to help participants in developing a personal training program to continue on their own.
