Free, ongoing group exercise classes, offered daily in the group exercise studio, provide members with the newest trends in group fitness led by certified instructors. Classes include Pilates, Yoga, kickboxing, Zumba, core/balance strength and more.

Personal Training
Get fit one-on-one with a certified personal trainer. Trainers can help you strengthen skills, increase stamina, lose weight and meet many other goals.
 
Specialty Fitness Programs:

Ballroom Dance You could be on the next Dancing with the Stars! This 8-week
dance program will include  basic steps for popular ballroom dances — Waltz, Foxtrot, Salsa, Swing and more!

Boot Camp The great outdoors are transformed into your ultimate fitness arena, tailoring whole body workouts specifically to your fitness level. Individual progress is assessed and monitored in three major categories – flexibility, endurance and strength. Click here for upcoming sessions.

BOSU® — Improve your agility, coordination and change of direction while stregthening your core muscles and toning your body. Click here for new BOSU® sessions.

Do Kangoo! Kangoo challenges the whole body, building muscular strength and endurance. Each move is designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a balanced workout. The basic moves are easy and can be performed with complexity and intensity as you progress. 

Krav Maga Practice some serious self defense with Krav Maga, the official self defense system used by the Israeli Defense Forces. Tested and improved under real life conditions, Krav Maga is not a traditional martial art. Based on simple principles and instinctive gross motor movements, this reality-based system is designed to prepare you for real attacks in the shortest possible time.

Punk Rope — Recess meets Boot Camp in this playful new fitness class... Rope jumping, fun themes, creative calisthenics, games, and raise-the-roof music will bring the kid out of you, all while burning calories and giving you an awesome, heart-pumping workout.

Running Club — The Running Club is designed for beginner /intermediate runners with the goal of completing a 10k race at the conclusion of the program. This program will provide the guidance, expertise, motivation, camaraderie and structure to help get you safely and successfully to the finish line.
 
Tai Chi: Improved Stress Reduction, Balance and Agility The ancient art of Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of a busy lifestyle and improve health. Tai Chi is often described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body.
