The Bender-Dosik Parenting Center provides activities, classes and educational opportunities for the whole family. Programs allow you to connect with new families and bond with your little one in a nurturing and hands-on environment. L'AMAZing Baby!  Spring Session Mondays, April 23-May 21 7-9:15 p.m. Summer Session Wednesdays, July 11-August 1 7-9:15 p.m.   REGISTRATION $80 member/$100 general public Spring session – code 5329 Summer session – code 10484	Prenatal. "With each child, the world begins anew." This class offers parents-to-be a traditional prepared childbirth class, plus a support network for welcoming a child into the Jewish community. Couples will learn about Brit Milah (ritual circumcision), baby-naming ceremonies, managing the transition from being partners to parents, building a Jewish home and Jewish and secular resources.
Shabbat Shalom Playgroup Spring Session Fridays, 10-10:45 a.m. Summer Session Fridays • June 22-August 17 10-11:30 a.m.   REGISTRATION Free! Drop-In! (one time registration required)	Birth-3 years with parent/caregiver. Story Time Morning Summer Session is FULL! Story Time (10-10:30 a.m.) is a joyful exploration of childrens literature through song and movement and support early literacy and language in a developmentally appropriate setting. Following Story Time, enjoy imaginative play, space to climb and explore, and age appropriate toys (10:30-11:30 a.m.). Every child’s development benefits from early exposure to music and movement. Join us for this special music class just for babies! P.A.C.E – Parent and Community Education Wednesdays, 9:45-11:45am May 2 - June 13 REGISTRATION $300 Member & General Public Please complete online form and P.A.C.E will contact you with registration information.	First-time moms with babies 2 weeks-5 months. Parent And Community Education (P.A.C.E) is a special group that meets for eight two-hour sessions to discuss a variety of topics including eating, sleeping, crying, attachment, disposition and play. Time is also set aside for members to share experiences, ask questions and express concerns.

Parenting Preschoolers A Wednesdays, April 18-June 6 9:30-11:30 a.m. REGISTRATION $217 member & general public Visit PEPparent.org.	Parents of children 2 1/2-5 years. Time-out not working? Have mealtimes, bedtimes or potty-training turned into power struggles with your preschool-age child? Learn how to set limits and solve behavior problems calmly and consistently: use positive discipline methods to address tantrums, aggression and other misbehavior; understand children’s developmental stages; and rediscover the joy of parenting.

Come and enjoy the indoor children’s play gym located in the Health & Fitness wing. This colorful play equipment includes tunnels, slides, stairs and more. It is designed for children age 2 to 7 only. All children must be supervised at all times by an adult. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety. Free for JCC members; $11 for the general public
