After School Programs &
School Out Days

Our after school programs provide children a safe place to unwind and socialize with friends, complete homework with quality staff assistance and stay active through a variety of recreational and enrichment activities. Plus, let JCCGW staff provide quality programming during hours or days when school is not in session with Kid Koverage.

Camp JCC! The Place to Be
Camp JCC programs allow campers to develop skills, make lifelong friendships, enhance Jewish identity and create unforgettable memories in a nuturing, inclusive environment.
 
Enrichment Programs
  • Sports & Recreation | Flip out in gymnastics, slam dunk in basketball and more.
  • School of Music | Private instruction, Bach to Rock programs for rockers-in-the making and percusion ensemble.
  • School of Dance | Find your inner rhythm through a variety of movements and motions.
  • Visual Arts | Get creative using a range of mediums including clay and mixed media.
Mid-Atlantic Junior Games 
The Mid-Atlantic Junior Games provide an exciting introduction to the world of the JCC Maccabi Games.
 
TWEENS & TEENS...

Teen Membership

Age 13-18*, or still in high school. The JCCGW has a special teen membership for just $250 per year. Teen members are entitled to all the same benefits as other members.
  • Full use of the Health & Fitness Center
  • Access to indoor and outdoor pools
  • Basketball, racquetball and sqaush courts

Shoresh Hebrew High School
After thirteen years of challenging young minds with Jewish studies, Shoresh Hebrew High School has found a new home at the JCC of Greater Washington to make their unique Jewish studies program more accessible to teenagers in grades 8-12.

Rockville Open House
Rockville Open House (ROH) is a supervised, safe gathering space for lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, queer, questioning, or intersex (LGBTQQI) Jewish teens, and their friends and allies, between the ages of 13-18 years old.
 
*Members age 13 to 15 must complete a fitness orientation session with a JCCGW trainer before using the fitness facilities. Member rates for camp and private music lessons do not apply with this offer.
